How do I apply for a handgun license?

The Indiana State Police facilitates the handgun license application process.  To apply for a new permit or renew an existing valid permit, please you must start the process by clicking your mouse here.  For the local agency processing portion of the permit process, please call 219-924-7503 (Mon-Fri 8AM to 4PM) to schedule an appointment.
