Memorial Opportunities

Central Park Memorial Brick walk bricks are a fabulous way to cement your family, friends and love ones forever in Griffith history.   Memorial bricks have become very popular gifts for the hard-to-buy-for or as a lasting memorial for family and class reunions.  Orders are accepted year round and will be installed in May and October depending on time of order.   The price of these keepsake 4”X 8” bricks is $50.00 each.  Forms are available at Town Hall.  Any further questions may be directed to the Park Department (219-922-3078).

Memorial plaque engraving for Trees, Benches and Light Poles throughout Central Park and along Broad Street are also available. Memorial Plaques are a perfect way make a lasting impression in Griffith; or immortalize the special persons in your life. The price of these unique memories is as follows:

Tree: $325 3.5" x 5.5" plaque on post in front of tree

Bench: $500 6" X 2.75" up to 4 line Plaque in top center bench

Light Post: $1,200 6" X 2.75" up to 4 lines Plaque at 5’ line of Post
