An Executive Session will follow the general meeting pursuant to I.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) to discuss the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. As used in this clause, "litigation" includes any judicial action or administrative law proceeding under federal or state law.

The Griffith Town Council has meetings on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, which are open to the public.

The Council has Study Sessions on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.
