To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to send notice to the general public that a Griffith Safety Board will be holding an executive session scheduled for July 14, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. in the Griffith Police Department conference room. This executive session is being held pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1:(6) with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction: (A) to receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct. As well as, IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9) (7) for discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute. (9) To discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employee.
