The Public Works Department is committed to providing our community with the highest quality of public service that continually enhances the quality of life for all of our citizens. This commitment will be accomplished through the proper utilization of all allotted resources. Functions of the Department include:
- Snow and ice removal
- Leaf and branch pick-up
- Proper maintenance of all infrastructure including pumping facilities, water mains, valves, fire hydrants and water meters.
- Street sign and street lighting placement and maintenance
- Curb and sidewalk repair
- Proper maintenance and care of vehicles and equipment
